Original 2004 US import vinyl LP, bonus 12" (both red vinyl), 180G press, gatefold sleeve, with double sided poster, and 16 page booklet on Sub Pop (SP 595)
From my personal collection, this was bought at the time of release (2004).
Cover is near mint. Nice crisp spine. I have only just opened the shrinkwrap to check colour of vinyl, as there were a couple of variants. Vinyl is mint and unplayed. Double sided poster mint. 16 page booklet mint.
