Vinyl has been properly cleaned with D4 Discwasher, played on high-end equipment
and closely reviewed to achieve an honest assessment and grade of condition!
THE PYRAMIDS - The Original Penetration And Other Favorites - Best(London) BR-16501 mono - Issued in 1964
Audible condition = NM/VG+
Visible condition = VG+/VG
This extremely Rare mono Lp is the 2nd issue with the song "Road Runnah", the first issue had catalog #LPM-1001 was also released in 1964 on Best records with the song "Walkin' The Dog" instead of Road Runnah. The vinyl is very glossy with mi-nute visible groove wear, and NM fidelity. There are some mi-nute, very fine hairline surface scratches on both sides, however, there are only 4 very mi-nute background tic's(almost inaudible) on side 1, mostly between tracks in the deadwax. Side 2 has an occasional mi-nute background tic. There are no pops or skips on either side and other than the mi-nute tic's it plays and sounds great! The labels are NM and have a previous owners name sticker on both. The white inner sleeve is NM but not original. The cover is VG+/NM- with light ring wear and a previous owners name sticker and the word 'rock' written twice in ink, on the front. The back has light ring wear and the original price of 3.98 written in light ink at the left top corner. The spine and edge seams show light wear and are full intact. Track listing:
