Original 1966 “RADIO STATION COPY” - WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL” Record Album by “THE REMAINS” Entitled “THE REMAINS” in “MONO” on EPIC RECORDS No. 24214

The Remains formed in 1964 and were a popular live act in what became to be known as “REMAINS NIGHT” at the Infamous “RATHSKELLAR” in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1966, the Remains were the opening act on the Beatles’ 14-city tour of the United States — the Beatles’ last tour. They also appeared on both the Ed Sullivan Show and NBC TV’s Hullabaloo. This Album was released after the Group broke up in late 1966!

The Record Cover is in Good Condition! The Front Cover Exhibits Ring Wear although the Printing is still Legible. The Rear Cover Exhibits Yellowing and what appears to be a mark left by tape at the upper right corner.  The Printing on the rear cover is still clear and legible.

The Spine is Intact and the Printing is Legible. The Top and Bottom Seams exhibit wear with a 4” long split on the top seam by the covers opening.

The Vinyl Record Exhibits a Glossy Luster and is in Excellent Condition and would be in Near Mint Condition if not for a couple of barely perceptible hairline surface marks that don’t distract from the overall visual or audio quality of the vinyl

The Record Labels are Clean with “NO” Discernable Spindle Marks; however, there is a visible manufacturing flaw on side 2!

This Is Not A Reproduction, Remanufacture, Import, or Counterfeit Pressing.

The Audio Quality of this Vinyl Records is Outstanding. The Music is Clean, Clear and Crisp with a slight Crackle between Songs and only a light crackle when the Tone Arm initially sets down at the beginning Deep Grove of the record

This Vinyl Record was played on a Technics SL1300 Mk2 Turn Table with a GRADO Diamond Stylus through a Yamaha Component Sound System and Yamaha NS-1000 Monitors with the Vertical Downward Force and Horizontal Tracking Force on the Tone Arm set at 1.5 grams respectively.

Of course, depending upon the Sound System Utilized, the Audio Quality may or may not be Equivalent!
