Description
The Residents’ “Mark of The Mole” LP. Limited edition on brown vinyl, silkscreened and signed jacket, lyric sleeve, etc. Rare and limited, released in 1981 or 82 by Ralph Records.
Condition issues:
1… the vinyl is in beautiful shape! Sounds great, little crackling and a few pops, certainly no skips, visually looks very very clean.
2… the inner lyric sleeve shows some ring wear and corner wear, though nothing to awful. I took pictures of both sides to show its condition.
3… the jacket has corner wear/dings, not serious. I tried to capture them in the photos. There is edge wear where the record sleeve is inserted, not too bad. Again, I tried to photograph this issue. There is a slight discoloration near the bottom of the front cover which I took a picture of. I am not sure if this is from the printing or it has a blemish, but I thought I should document it to make it clear. There is a 2 inch long crease/bend near the bottom left of the back cover, again, I tried to photograph this. Spine… this is where the most serious issue resides. Along the spine, there seem to be several splits starting to happen, which I took some pictures of, then near the spine on the front left top corner, there seems to be a split beginning. Again, I took a picture of this.
I am disclosing every condition issue I can see. However, if you have further questions, please contact me BEFORE you make a bid. I will answer any and all questions. I am not going to hide anything having to do with the condition of the record. I have 100% positive feedback, which I think is because I deal with auctions in a very straightforward, honest way.
I prefer to ship this by priority shipping since it is a rare record. The media mail shipping cost is actually listed. However, if it the bids go over $100, I will ship by priority shipping for no extra charge if the winner is in the U.S.
Overseas buyers will need to pay whatever the shipping cost is. Usually, for an LP, it is around $20, but it could be more or less.
I will package it very carefully whether it is going overseas or is traveling within the US.
