Here is your chance to own a fantastic example of Factory Records and Manchester history.

For sale is a 12" LP of The Durutti Column's "The Return Of The Durutti Column"

Recorded in August 1979 at Cargo Studios, Rochdale, The Return Of The Durutti Column would go on to be one of Factory's most legendary records, largely due to its unique sandpaper sleeve, which in fact, was assembled by band members from some of Factory's other bands, Joy Division and A Certain Ratio.


The example I have for sale in this listing, is in great condition, I would grade the vinyl at EX and the sleeve as VG+, however the sleeve would be EX if it wasn't for the issue shown in picture 3 - the top right hand corner of the sleeve is coming away slightly, however only slightly. The rest of the sleeve looks brilliant. The good condition of the sleeve after all these years is owed to being very well looked after and kept in the plastic bag style sleeve shown in picture 8.
