Description

 This is an ORIGINAL private pressing (one of only 500 made) of THE RISING STORM's album CALM BEFORE. Remnant Records BBA-3571. Rock 'n Roll historian Richie Unterberger said that the album is, "one of the rarest and most respected garage band albums" and it has been referred to as the "Holy Grail" of garage / psychadelic records. I am the second owner of the album and have decided to part with it. This is a chance to own a piece of genuine Music History. Condition: I want the next owner of this album to know exactly what they are getting, so I have taken the record to The Record Archive here in Rochester, NY to be evaluated and cleaned by a professional. He used a machine to clean the record, inspected the record visually, and then listened the the record. He graded the record at VG+ saying that there was minimal surface noise, no skips, and some light wear. It looks really great after he cleaned it. We found two small defects in the record cover, a ripple in the top right, and a small crease near the bottom right. Both are very minor, and with these noted, he rated the Cover as a VG++. *There are reflections of my staircase visible in the first two pictures of the record, they aren't defects.*
