The Rolling Stones Story  (1980 (approx.) German-only 12-LP Decca vinyl box set containing an 8-page English/German text information/tracklisting booklet & 5 stunning 12" x 12" black & white prints of individual band members. Contains all the albums from 'The Rolling Stones' to 'Metamorphosis' in a clamshell picture box. This set includes the much sought after German LP "Around and Around". All lps display the red Decca label as seen on the photo. The box was purchased as an opened but unplayed box from Millennium Records of Portland Oregon in about 1983. I never played the lps. The 12 vinyl lps (and labels) appear to be in untouched/unplayed condition. The original record sleeves were plain white paper. I quickly put the lps into rice paper sleeves to better preserve their condition. I didn't bother to save the original plain paper sleeves. Will be shipped with the records in the rice paper sleeves.
The box has been stored upright for these approx. 30 years.
The lps in this box set only came in the paper sleeves. No individual lp covers were included.
