Description

THE ROLLING STONES 6th US Release "AFTERMATH" came out in 1966 and , honestly and in my humble opinion, it was like the Stones went from black and white to COLOR!

It's the first album on which Mick & Keith wrote every song , and songs like "PAINT IT BLACK" & "I AM WAITING" show a lot of growth and interest in experimentation.

GOOD STUFF!

This copy is conservatively play-graded GOOD.

The cover has general 60 years of wear. (See pics 1 &2)

The cover has started to tear away on the back bottom left corner. (See pic #5)

Top of the cover shows a lot of wear ( See pic #6) . Oddly enough the other edges look great "shrugs"

On playback I'm giving the vinyl a GOOD PLUS rating. A lot of surface noise and some scratches, but NO SKIPPING OR STICKING.

I inherited this one from my older sister. I remember it was the first STEREOPHONIC ALBUM we had in the house!

Anyway,THIS IS A PRETTY NICE PRICE FOR A FINE VINTAGE ARTIFACT OF ROCK AND ROLL HISTORY!
