Nice 1966 MONO first UK press copy in top EX/VG++ condition. Nice copy.

First UK mono pressing on the red/silver unboxed DECCA labels.
Front laminated sleeve grades full EX condition. VG++/EX- vinyl!
This is in the condition graded above and not over-graded at all!

Clean sleeve with pinched edges at each end of the spine and very small light creases along the spine area. No laminate bubbles or lifting - really sharp. Slight handling creases at to right, but only light and not bends. Some discolouration (slight yellowing) in areas on the rear of sleeve. Fully intact and legible spine with no bends (see photos). This sleeve has escaped the rigors of time and shows only the very lightest of storage and handling wear to be expected on a popular album of this age. Vinyl shows a few surface marks and a couple of small light scratches but plays through very well throughout. Both labels show light spindle wear.

The time has come for me to start selling off big chunks of my otherwise 'keeper' collection. Some of these records are incredibly hard to find in such superb condition. The records in my eBay listings are from my own personal record collection. I am not a record dealer. Some particular records I have bought two or three times over - just to get that special 'keeper' copy. These listings are the fruits of my collecting effort which spans over 25 years.

Regarding postage and shipping:  I am not Amazon.com.  I go to the post office once or possibly twice a week.  During the holidays it will be increasingly painful, so be patient.  "Priority mail" means it goes by air...it does not mean it goes out in the next hour.  I have never had a package lost and have never had any complaints about packing - in fact my packaging rates among the best on eBay. I use cruciform mailers (usually doubled-up) and loads of parcel tape to ensure a strong package.

I have no need to use the words MEGA, ULTRA, or c**p on about how many of these LPs got trashed at parties. I try to avoid exhaustive usage of exclamation marks in my honest descriptions and I also avoid the over-use of CAPITAL letters (unless they are used for relevant emphasis to my auction description) and I do not wish to shout at my buyers. I know that you know about the records you wish to purchase. One other thing - I do not sell items which have had the opening edges of the cover trimmed by a guillotine or blade to make the covers appear in better condition. Some other sellers do this as a regular practice, and it's just not on.
