VERY RARE ORIGINAL MONO RADIO STATION PROMO copy of The Rolling Stones' 1966 release "Aftermath" on London Records LL 3476.
This copy features a promotional sticker on the front cover stating "RECOMMENDED TRACKS FOR AIR PLAY" and "PROMOTIONAL LP NOT FOR SALE". The rear cover has a stamp stating "AUDITION RECORD". This promo copy was not released with white labels on the LP and was sent to radio stations.
This copy is in beautiful condition and incredibly well preserved. I do have to grade the disc as a VG/VG+ record. There is one mark on track B2, "High and Dry" that can be felt and is audible during playback. This mark did not cause a skip while playing but there is an audible click for 18 rotations by my count so roughly 30 seconds. I have included a photo of the mark. But other than this imperfection this LP plays beautifully and the mono mix sounds excellent. Although this mark may be unsettling this copy is still very enjoyable and is a very rare find.

Subtitled "Including Paint it, Black" on the cover.
Track B5 is listed as 'Goin' Home' on record label, 'Going Home' on sleeve.
Also, 'Paint It Black' appears as 'Paint It, Black' on label.
First cat. # on sleeve
Second cat. # on labels.
Early mono version with rim text on red labels.

Record: VG/VG+ Other than the one imperfection described above, this LP has a great shine, the grooves are well preserved, and the playback is high quality. There are a few minor hairlines and paper scuffs. The only mark on this copy that affects playback is the one described above. Play tested, sounds great.

Cover: VG+ Some minor staining on the rear cover and minor signs of wear along the edges. Overall, looks great! See photos above.
