The Rolling Stones are still touring and playing tracks from these albums and their single hits.
The point is that these songs stand up still - and as deep as the repertoire is, they're also covering a lot of their history and a lot of tunes.
This is in great shape, and as a 1968 first STEREO lp is a great quality pressing.
It's notably a fantastic album musically, and with their departure from us covers, they established the band's identity by this album!
Brian Jones still had enough of his faculties to be an essential contributor, and there's some outstanding playing on this lp.
This is the VERY FIRST pressing, and shows the earliest "Patent Pending" for the cover print too!
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades top EXCELLENT+ to NM, playing wonderfully!
Navy Blue unboxed STEREO 'FFSS' DECCA Labels are in EXCELLENT as shown.
The original LAMINATED GATEFOLD
Cover grades EXCELLENT. A couple of marks.
(The lower tab has unglued, simple to re-attach).
The Stereo inner sleeve is included.
See pictures.
