Description
I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges. However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale. No shipping to Russia currently.
I recently acquired a stunning Rolling Stones collection and I will listing them over the next 2/3 months. The vinyls are in superb condition as are the covers. The Rolling Stones : Bridges To Babylon A1 / B1 / C1 / D1 1st Press 1997
This genuine first press plays with stunning clarity and depth and has hardly ever been played. The clarity, depth and warmth of the audio is 'high end' and has only two clicks (one of them a dull quiet one) across the four sides. There is no underlying static and I cannot emphasise enough just how well this album plays. Both vinyls are in superb condition also.
The cover has some shelf wear but nothing excessive and the lyric inners are in perfect order. It's strange to think that although this is one of the Stones' later albums it is now over a quarter of a century old!

Visual description
The vinyls are in lovely condition and still has a very impressive glossy sheen with no scratches. I can only find a small number of ultra faint hairlines on each side and S3 just has a couple of very faint minor blemished and a small number of mega faint spots but you can only see this when holding the vinyl at an angle under a bright light. I am just being 100% honest! They are still in superb condition. The labels are pristine and the spindle hole on the first record still has a little vinyl 'flecking' confirming it has hardly been played.
Play grading
S1 begins with a superb rendition of 'Flip The Switch' which plays with no interference whatsoever. A perfect Mint version in every way. The hit 'Anybody Seen My Baby?' is just as impressive and 'Low Down' is STUNNING! Don't know why it wasn't a single really, it's great track and it plays with flawless precision throughout. The ballad 'Already Over Me' ends the side with great depth also - the quiet acoustic intro is perfect and the rest of the track plays so clearly with just one very quiet tick. I will grade it as Mint- but the preceding three are Mint without doubt.

S2 plays to the same high end standard. 'Gunface' is a real highlight and plays so well and the final track 'Out Of Control' is just as strong with just one barely audible tick. A Mint side in my opinion.

The quiet intro on 'Saint Of Me' plays with exceptional clarity and the opening vocal is just as clean. This level of clarity is kept up as it continues and again I cannot fault the audio. From start to finish it is 'as new' and Mint is deserved. 'Might As Well Get Juiced' has just one dull click in the middle but otherwise plays to perfection so I think Near Mint is fair. 'Always Suffering' ends S3 with stunning clarity - from the quiet acoustic intro through every section from that point on. Mint

S4 has only minimal static on the run in and then the intro on 'Too Tight' has just one click at the start. The rest of the track is superb! There is no other intrusion and it plays loud and true with no distortion. I will grade the intro as Ex- and Mint from then on. 'Thief In The Night' plays stunning clarity and depth with no sign of any interference and 'How Can I Stop' ends the album in fine style with high end audio. The intro has a couple of mega quiet ticks and thereafter plays with genuine quality. The clarity is stunning and there is no intrusion on the audio, a couple of mega quiet statics that is all and Mint- is very much deserved.
In summary this first pressing plays with superb audio with barely any intrusion. One click right at the start of S4 and a quiet dull one on S3. Remember this is 90s vinyl! Aside from that the clarity, definition and power of the audio is second to none and there is no inner groove distortion either. A high grade album for sure.
The Cover & Lyric Inners
The cover is in excellent condition overall with only minor wear. The edges are super clean and the wide spine has four 'rubs' on the edges but remains 100% legible. The corners have barely any wear and the opening edge has only minimal wear - one small 'nick' / tear on the back is the most obvious but it yes it is very small. The front cover is unmarked and on the back cover you can just see that small 'nick' and some rubbing next to the spine.
The lyric inners are in perfect condition with no wear at all.
Play tested on my Rega P2 with Rega Carbon Cart / Denon PMA-520AE Amp / B&W 684 Speakers
The records have been cleaned on a Pro-Ject VC-S machine
