Description

This is a rare MONO copy of the Stones classic 1968 album on the Decca unboxed label.

I bought it second-hand from Skeleton Records in Birkenhead in the early 1970's. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ MY DESCRIPTION AND DO NOT BID IF YOU WANT A MINT CONDITION ALBUM!

The vinyl has numerous fine marks on it but no major scratches. It has been played many times and its appearance is good only. It does, in my opinion, play better than this however I can only grade it as good.

The Red Decca (unboxed) labels are in at least very good condition. The record matrix are XARL-8476-4A/XARL-8477-2A.

The record comes in a red rimmed Decca Mono inner, however this does state on it in biro in the top right hand corner John Mayall World Of and this is how Skeleton Records sold it to me.

The laminated gatefold sleeve has no major damage to it apart from the spine which is legible but has considerable ageing.

The outer gatefold is good plus as it is a bit grubby. The inner gatefold is very good.

In essence I am selling a rare Stones Record that is playable and is in a decent cover and it is no more than this, hence the low starting price.

The record will be sent in a new record mailer with cardboard stiffener and posted by Royal Mail First Class.
