Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my spare beat and progressive music records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare U.K. MONO EXPORT pressing of The Rolling Stones – Flowers on the RED UNBOXED and GROOVED Decca label, cat. no. LK 4888.
The record is in G (good) condition; there are many non-sounding hairlines and a couple sounding scratches on both sides. The labels are in VG++ condition, there are some spindle marks and some very slight wear along the spindle holes.
This cover is in G condition as well, there is a rubbing spot on the left side of the front just next to the spine, some laminate is coming off in the bottom section of the front, the back also has a rubbing spot, there is some ring wear and there is some tape residue on the opening edge.
The record comes with an original mid 1960’s Decca inner sleeve, which is in G condition. There is some age browning, there are some creases and there are two tears on the front on the die-cut opening.
Although this MONO copy of The Rolling Stones’ Flowers album certainly had a life, it is extremely hard to find in any condition. This copy would be a prefect starters copy; a very rare opportunity to own a very rare Rolling Stones Export only album. Happy Bidding!
