This record is in excellent condition. It has a few faint spindle marks visible on the labels but not loads and no pen marks, scuffs or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the labels are in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything remotely serious but do have a few very minor short light lines and very faint sleeve scuffs visible in normal light. When viewed under very bright light there are some more very light wispy lines but again nothing remotely serious. There is nothing sinister anywhere and the record has no nasty scuffs, marks or blemishes. It is flat and has a beautiful vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it played really well with superb audio throughout. It lays flat, there is little to no movement in the record arm and the audio produced is excellent on both sides. Its crisp, dynamic and very clear with just a very occasional, very minor amount of surface noise or interference audible. There is a touch in the run in/out but the vast majority is crisp, defined and surface noise free. There are no skips, sticks or annoying disruptive clicks and no pops or any other serious issues. Overall it was a really enjoyable audio experience and produced audio of high quality.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has wear to the edges and corners(pics), with the writing along the spine now only partially legible. The worst of this edge wear is in the middle of the bottom edge however, where there is a clear and obvious 2.5" area showing. This is not a split however and overall the sleeve is solid all round with no tears or splits anywhere. There is also no pen marks anywhere but there is mild ring marks and some creasing to the laminate on both sides. There is also a touch of age related grubbiness or discolouring to the rear, but this is fairly mild. Overall the sleeve is solid enough but has edge wear, creasing and general age related wear. I have tried to describe its issues as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible to its condition.
It contains its original Decca poly-lined inner which is in excellent condition with no splits, tears or pen marks and only minimal creasing and wear.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
