The record has the unboxed red/silver Decca logo and the 'ffrr ear' at the 2 o'clock position. 'Made In England' appears above Decca. There is a mark on the label on side 1, where a sticker with the previous owner's name was.  'K/T' is stamped on the right hand side with (P) 1965 1964* on the left hand side. The vinyl is glossy with light surface marks and the record plays without any faults. There are signs of spindle wear on the labels. The matrix/run-out groove details show 'XARL-6619-1A' and 'XARL-6620-2A'. Overall , based on Record Collector gradings, the record is at least Very Good.
The cover has minor crease marks on the laminate. The spine is perfectly legible. The back cover is very clean and the only item affecting the overall condition is the previous owner's hand written name. There are no seam splits and the cover is in a very clean condition.  If it hadn't have been for the writing on the rear, I would grade the cover as at least Excellent, but overall I think Very Good is a fair and honest reflection. The cover includes the infamous 'Blind Man' text.
The inner sleeve is the original paper sleeve with a polythene lined inner. Instructions on handling and playing the record are given. There are some crease marks on the corners and a split of about 2 ins down one side. Overall grading is Very Good.
