Description
THE ROLLING STONES
'OUT OF OUR HEADS'
Rare 1965 UK first press 12-track MONO LP on the silver on red 'ffrr' logo Decca label. Front laminated picture sleeve. K/T Tax Code. This rare issue has side one matrix number stamped ARL-6973-9B and side two matrix stamped ARL-6974-10A.
The labels are red with open, unboxed Decca logo and ffrr logo.
I have included 29 High Resolution Photographs of the Record!
Sleeve Condition : The front laminated Sleeve has no splits at all. There is slight ring-wear but this looks a lot worse on the photographs because the cover is so dark. There's some small areas of laminate creasing (see photographs for detail) but the laminate has not cracked. The spine is still easily readable (again, see photographs). There are two things that have let this Sleeve down. The first is a name written on the back cover (about 2cm wide) but the 'biggie' is that the previous owner decided to put stickers all over the back of the sleeve (see the photograph immediately below). If it were not for the stickers the Sleeve would grade Excellent, but the stickers are there so I have down graded to VG.
Sleeve Condition : VERY GOOD
Label Condition : The Label has no writing or damage of any kind, just some spidering from play (this is shown in great detail on the Photographs).
Label Condition : EXCELLENT PLUS
Vinyl Condition : The Vinyl plays all the way through with no skips or jumps at all. It has slight crackle on the run-in at the start of each side, but not during playback. It has very very few small sleeve removal marks to show for it's 47 years.
Vinyl Condition : EXCELLENT
