Description
This is a no reserve auction for a copy of the Rolling Stones Sticky Fingers album. I bought this copy in the mid 1980's about the time I started using other methods of playing music so a number of albums I bought around then never actually got played much. I forgot I had them and recently played this one and four others I have on auction now. The record itself looks very clean with no visible scratches that I could see. The sound is bold and clean. No problems found. .

This is a Rolling Stones Records vinyl disc and is in stereo. The cover and record sleeve have some minor wear--the kind you have to look very closely at to notice. This sounds just like the copy I bought back in 1971 and then lost. The zipper on the cover works and the pants at the top do open up. Believe it or not I never looked before. There is a little something from Andy Warhol behind there but you will have to buy the album to look. This is a very unusual album cover with two layers on the front--the one with the zipper and one behind to protect the record. It appears that second layer had adhesive that held it closed with the back part of the cover. For years I just thought the top was supposed to be open. It is easier to get the record out the way it is but it is a simple fix if you want to glue it back. All of this is out of sight by the way.
