I don't know alot about this quite rare release...except I believe its a reissue of a previous release with same title with clear vinyl and number of RSVP 002..according to Hot Wacks.
The source is Saturday Club and other broadcasts. This is one of the coolest picture discs as the picture of Keith is worth hanging on the wall for sure.
