Side A. Loves The Thing
Side B. Do You Cry
CONDITION OF THE VINYL: Visual grading of VG++ or better with hardly any marks besides dj's name on record (see pic). I listened to both sides and they sound perfect! I will ship the 45 in a plain sleeve.
Original U.S. Promo pressing of this 1966 record, by the band also known as THE SMOKE RINGS. From the crashing guitar chord ringing out on the intro, it just takes off and wails with a dual guitar attack and two killer lead guitar breaks. This is the definition of wild, savage, and over the edge 60’s garage punk. The flip side is a teen ballad! This was comped on “Boulders, Volume 1”.
I received all of my 45's from a DJ recently that were in storage since the early 70's. I try and grade them as accurately as I can to this grading scale below I found:
Grading
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Near Mint (NM) - Maybe played once or twice, kept in prestine shape
Excellent (EX) - Also considered VG++, just a paper scuff away or 2 from NM
Very Good Plus (VG+) - Light marks, possibly light clicks and light surface marks but no scratches, a great copy
Very Good (VG) - More marks and noise than VG+, possible scratches, but no skips, still a good play copy
Very Good Minus (VG-) = Lots of wear and possible noise with clicks and maybe some pops, but no skips
I use record mailers and extra cardboard for very safe and secure delivery.
I will combine shipping for multiple orders won:
In United States $1.00 for each additional LP (12") won and $.50 for each additional 45 (7").
Everywhere else $2.00 for each additional LP (12") won and $1.00 for each additional 45 (7").
