The all important labels are in superb condition. There is no writing or other blemishes, the text is striking and clearly legible with NO fading, they are as pristine as the day they left the factory. The spindle is clean with no evidence of wear and show no sign of visible playing.
Many copies of this 45 when released were taken to parties and played endlessly, often scratched until they were unplayable. This copy however has been played only lightly (if at all) and looked after. No writing or marks.
The vinyl is in great condition.
The most outstanding aspect of this copy is the clean nature of how the record plays with no surface noise or static pops. This 45 single has clearly been loved and treasured by a keen collector. The quality of the sound makes the playing of the disc a pleasure with no allowances having to be made for its 40+ year vintage, which is astounding in itself.
The sleeve is the original EMI die-cut sleeve.
