DESCRIPTION

The Sidekicks - “Featuring Fifi The Flea” RCA Records LSP-3712 (Stereo) from 1966. Hard to find Original Psych / Garage / Pop Rock album from The Sidekicks featuring Jon Spirt, Mike Burke and brothers Zack and Randy Bocelle. Original 1S/1S First Pressing on the Deep Groove Black RCA Stereo Dynagroove labels with the White Dog at the top. No Cutouts, Promo markings or Barcode. For those that care about such things, I believe that the “R” stamped in the runout vinyl indicates a Rockaway Pressing.

CONDITION

The Sleeve is in nice shape. There is some slight basic ring and edge shelf wear and some corner softening/wear. Still very solid with no splits, tears, writing, stains, cutous, etc. and I would rate it as a strong VG and maybe VG+. The Vinyl is in clean Glossy condition looking lightly played. If you really look closely you can find a few light scuffs but plays pretty much perfectly EX to Near Mint all through. I’m calling it EX to account for the slight visual flaws. The labels are Near Mint.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

Records are graded to the best of my ability to Goldmine Visual standards. If you are not familiar with this grading system (or even if you think you are!), please check it out before bidding I have summarized the important (i.e. I think everyone knows what Mint means) points below in Goldmine's words:
Very Good Plus (VG+): Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK.
Very Good (VG): Surface noise will be evident upon playing,... Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound.
I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these Goldmine guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG record!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less!
