SMALL FACES 1966 MONO 1st UK Press DECCA UNBOXED LABEL RARE!
This record has been vacuum machine cleaned and test played in full on quality hi-fi. My grading is based on the UK record collector grading system. I will gladly combine postage on multiple items so check out my other records. Thanks
Details:- From my own personal collection - Rare 1966 1st UK pressing of Small Faces self titled debut LP, released on the original red Decca 'unboxed logo' label, catalogue no. LK 4790. 1st press matrix endings A4/A3 and 1st press mother stampers 1G, 1R. This rare 1st UK pressing is housed in the original front laminated sleeve and Decca poly-lined inner sleeve
Vinyl Condition:- VG+. Clean shiny vinyl with some hairlines and surface marks. Side one I noted a repeat click which goes through a couple of tracks. The rest of the album plays well and sounds clear with just the odd occasional click in the background now and then. Overall sound quality is good with no trackwear and no heavy background surface noise.This record has been fully test played before this auction
Sleeve Condition:- VG+, Some very small and minor creases around the edge. The back has some discolouration, random marks and light partial ringwear. There is the owners name handwritten at the top right hand corner. The spine is crisp and fully readable. The inner sleeve is slightly yellowed with age.
Label Condition:- VG+. Some spindle marks on both sides.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
