Description
Up for auction is a great copy of THE SOUND'S classic 1981 release 'From The Lions Mouth' on KOROVA (KOW 58 384). An album that easily stands the test of time next to other 1980ies classics as The Cure's 'Seventeen Seconds', Echo & The Bunnymen's 'Heaven Up Here' or Joy Divisions 'Unknown Pleasure'. In every note on this awesome record you will find the musical genius of THE SOUND'S mastermind the late ADRIAN BORLAND! This German pressing that I'm offering here today is still in EXCELLENT condition and very hard to find these days (although there might be a counterfeit copy of this album in circulation, I think).
The outside of the fold-out COVER is in EXCELLENT- condition. The COVER shows very little creasing and a small tear on the front panel where a price sticker has been unprofessionally removed. The inside of the fold-out COVER is in NEAR MINT condition. The COVER shows NO unwanted writing, NO seam splits, etc.
Both sides of the vinyl RECORD are in EXCELLENT++ condition, mirror-like and without a single mark, scuff or whatsoever! I stick to the 'RECORD COLLECTOR' grading system (please see below). Satisfaction guaranteed!
Both record LABELS are in MINT condition, there are NO spidermarks around the spindle-hole!
The album will be mailed to the lucky winner in a stiff record box with extra cardboard stiffeners for best possible protection! The experience and fun of buying records on eBay is ruined if you discover that - once the album arrives - they are either not in the condition stated or have been damaged in the post! For this reason I try to describe all my items in detail, and only post using strong sturdy packaging. Please see my excellent feedback especially in terms of packaging! My records are also from a smoke- and pet-free home.
