Getting harder and harder to find: THE SOUND's second album, the masterful FROM THE LION'S MOUTH released in 1981 on KOROVA housed in a nice gatefold cover with lyrics on the inside! The complete catalogue of this band may be out of print right now in any format but no 80's collection is complete without THIS record... at least! This is an original 1981 pressing in lovely condition - no "Fatal Flaw" in sight. The cover looks great, the only blemish is a small tear from a price tag in the top right corner - see picture - but apart from this, this is one of the best examples of this delicate cover I've come across. And for some reasons this cover always has some damage to it. In fact this has been in my collection for years and the only reason I'm letting this go is that I found a copy without a tear.Excellent at least. The vinyl is in stunning condition, looks and plays great and ranks between VG++ and Near Mint. Just listened to this all the way through and it plays great with very few surface noise. I never would have sold this, if I hadn't found a version with a slightly better cover. But nevermind: Both copies are great. So grab this and put it into your collection!
