This record is in excellent+ condition. It has very few faint spindle marks visible on the labels and no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. The centres are not loose or worn and overall the iconic spaceship labels are clean, bright in great shape with no major issues to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are really clean overall with just a couple of light minor lines showing in normal light. There are a few more incredibly light wispy lines visible under very bright light but not a drastic amount and of course nothing serious. The record has no serious scuffs, nasty marks or blemished and has a lovely vivid gloss.
I play tested the record and it played well. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is excellent throughout with no major surface noise other than a trace in the run in. The audio overall is fantastic however with a crisp, clear and defined sound and minimal interference. There are no skips, sticks or clicks and only a couple of really faint pops on both sides combined. Overall it was a pleasure to play test and produced good quality audio throughout.
The gatefold sleeve is in very good+ condition. It has some wear and rubbing to the edges and corners but nothing severe and they are all strong with the text along the spine all legible. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere but there is a few grubby areas in places and some general age related discolouring throughout. This is no extreme but can be seen in places. There is also minor ring marks and a few minor creases but overall for its age it is in good shape with no serious defects just some general age related issues. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original plain white inner which is in very good condition. This has no tears or pen marks but has some light creasing, ring marks and a 2" split to the bottom edge which has been taped.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
