Released in 1962 by Riverside Records, label # RLP 3513.
Record is still sealed and presumed mint.
Cover is graded as a "6" (VG+) on a scale of 10, there is a tear on the shrink wrap in the front and the cover shows some minor damage at the bottom with some very minor moisture damage behind the shrink.
