TITLE/INFO: OK, I'll be listing more old and rare 45's these next few days and weeks, as well as more rare EP's and LP's, so if you have interest in great conditioned "oldies" please continue to check in on my site - and thank you in advance. This somewhat rare LP is by the beautiful and talented female artist Linda Ronstadt, with her very first group (and her earliest recordings as well), The Stone Poneys from 1968. This LP - her last LP with this group - is officially entitled "Linda Ronstadt, The Stone Poneys and Friends, Vol III", and includes her versions of such classics as, "Let's Get Together", "Stoney End", and "Some Of Shelly's Blues" among other good songs. It is one of several Linda Ronstadt LPs I will be listing over the next couple of weeks - including all three (3) she did with The Stone Poneys. In addition, all are in really nice shape and come with their original Capitol Records inner sleeves, so please read on, see the pictures above, and judge everything for yourself. FYI, I'm slowly selling off my entire Beatles' 45/PS collection on this site, so please check those listings out as well - thank you. LABEL INFO: This original, Capitol Label (ST-2863) - in STEREO - is exceptionally clean and nice with no visible issues at all. I don't see anything that indicates much - if any - actual play at all. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also extremely shiny, clean, and nice - and again, I don't see any flaws at all. In my opinion, it also looks about as good as the day it was 1st pressed. JACKET/COVER: Finally, the jacket is also in very good shape with again, no real serious flaws, although there are some very light signs of aging on the backside and a some small scuffs in the corner areas (again, please see the pictures above and make your own decisions). INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion, this neat and interesting Linda Ronstadt/Stone Poneys LP is clean and nice, so please have at it. As always, I have begun the auction at a very low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! FYI, if anyone wants to bid on multiple items to save postage costs, I am more than happy to "save" your winning pieces here at the house until you are ready for shipping - just tell me ahead of time and please pay as you win them. In addition to this record, I will continue to list many other RnR/R&B LP's, EP's, and 45's by 1950-60's artists----and even some C&W LPs/45's, too. I am selling off my entire personal collection, and there are 1000's of more records to list yet -- of all varieties and genres. These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $23.00 for the 1st LP and then just $4.00 per LP after that.
