Picture Sleeve : looks visually clean in very good condition, with some wear traces (sticker trace on top right, on front, 2 letters on back, ringwear). See photos and enlarge, and don't hesitate to ask for more details or scanned views if you want !
Vinyl : looks clean and in very good condition, with hairlines and some slight scuffs, but no suspect trace and the record sounds really very good. Just listen to complete extracts to make your own idea !!! Don't hesitate for any question !!!
I don’t use the grading system, because of too many disputes and different interpretations (some say vg for vg+, some others say nm for ex, and finally, nobody really knows ! That’s why I prefer you to look at pictures which you can enlarge, and I try to describe things such as they are, I try to do it the best I can, but you can ask for any question, then I’ll try to give you the answer as soon as possible !
