Description
FRANK BURTON & THE WADHURST SCHOOL SILVER BAND 'THE SUBBUTEO SOUND' 1973 45.
Pressed in the UK and released on Discourses Ltd. DCL 773.
Play grades as VG+.
All musical & vocal passages play clearly and brightly.
There are no sticks, jumps or skips and no evidence of groove wear. There is some light surface noise in the run in/out areas. Also there is a small raised vinyl flaw right at the end of each side, and they give just a few heartbeats which mix in with the sound of a ball being kicked on side 1 and just underneath the spoken word at the end of side 2.
When tilted under normal lighting conditions both sides have 1 or 2 light marks.
When tilted under halogen lights both sides have only a few more light marks visible.
Picture sleeve grades as EX.
The original tracing paper type inner sleeve has a split down one side.
I USE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADINGS AND USE A +/- WHERE I FEEL THAT IT'S APPROPRIATE.
SEE PHOTOS.
I combine items to reduce p&p cost so if you purchase more than one item please wait for my invoice before making payment.
Please be aware that all orders totalling over £20 will have to be shipped by signed for/tracked mail, which adds £1 to the price for UK shipping & £4.50 to the price for European & World shipping.
ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.
I dispatch records in brand new, bought in mailers designed for the process. Before placing in the mailer I take LPs out of the sleeve place both in a polysleeve and between two card stiffeners and if there is a picture sleeve I place the LP in a plain sleeve to prevent knifing of the picture sleeve. [all this costs £0.80/single LP].
I normally ship within 1 working day of receipt of payment.
All items are shipped using Royal Mail and I always obtain proof of posting for items.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from me on the day that the item is shipped.
United Kingdom shipments should arrive in 2-5 business days from date of shipping.
For International buyers, shipping is by air mail and shipments should arrive in 5- 10 business days from date of shipping.
Delivery times are approximate, they are in business days after the item is shipped. Also please be aware, especially for International shipping, that circumstances beyond my control after shipping can cause delays.
