CREDIBLE DOUBLE album package from the Sweet. Perceived as a pop band during the early seventies, many fans were unaware of their true ambitions to forge a career as lauded heavy rockers. Indeed, Deep Purple guitarist Ritchie Blackmore was so enamored by the band that at one point he took them under his wing. This album contains one two live sides recorded, I believe, at the Rainbow Theater in London and two studio sides compiling some big selling single A-sides and a few rarities including 'Miss Demeanour'.

This auction is part of a fantastic collection of seventies rock which I was lucky enough to acquire. Most of these records were stored with the utmost care and sparsely played. Some were possibly never played or may have been for just a handful of times.

Pressing: RCA, UK, 1975

Vinyl: Beautiful clean condition. No spindle marks and virtually no signs of use - could even be unplayed. Grades as top MINT-!

Cover: No visible signs of use. Issued in a beautifully designed gatefold cover - displays full printers bloom. Sharp corners, no dings, no bends, no ring wear, no split seams and no creases. Spine is stiff, square and totally uncrushed. Impossible to find like this after 43 years. Grades as shop fresh MINT!
