Great copy of this regional low press (Mobile, Al artists - New Orleans label) Some explanation - the band was actually called 'The System' and put out another 45 under that name, some copies of this one the group deleted the extra S on the label. A couple of remaining members until quite recently used a few nights a week in Mobile including the composer of 'How High Is High' - which BTW is a really fine Byrds type song - both sides are exceptionally good and nothing by this band (to the best of my knowledge) has been comp'ed probably due to the scarcity of copies, especially outside this area. The suggested 'a' side was written by Tim & Carson Whitsett two very fine musicians out of Jackson, Ms (and later Memphis Tn). This copy nominates How High Is High as the play side. The vinyl has very light paper cover markings nothing deep and plays great, label being white picks up a few marks easily. Superior copy all round.
