Description
You are bidding on a rare, original, teen, LP record album from 1959 entitled, "The Teddy Bears Sing", on the Imperial record label, Mono #LP-9067. The labels are in very good plus condition. The vinyl is in good plus to very good minus condition with light scratching. observable under light. There are no major, heavy scratches. The vinyl gloss is very nice and mirror-like. The jacket is in good plus condition with light general, surface, corner, and edge wear. However the front cover colors are bright and vibrant, particularly the photo of the young lady being courted by two admirers. There is a two inch edge split at the upper right hand corner and an one inch split at the bottom middle edge (see close up photos). There is some light discoloration on the front cover along the right edge- three inch narrow strip, and some light spotting below this along the edge and a little into the album. There is some very light soiling on the white surface on the back cover, mostly along the edges. This has been a critical description for the serious record collector. Please see the detailed photos. This is a 3 day, no reserve auction. This is an exceptionally rare LP that would be great until you could upgrade, if ever!!
