You are buying an Australian released 12" 33 & 1/3 rpm vinyl mini album by:-

Released in 1984 on HOT RECORDS Australia.
Catalogue number MINIHOT 1. 
 
Track listing Side One is:-

3. "St James Infirmary" [Trad. Arr. The Triffids].

Track listing Side Two is:-
1. "Everybody Has To Eat" [D McComb].
2. "Ballad Of Jack Frost" [D McComb].
3. "Property Is Condemned" [D McComb].
4. "Raining Pleasure" [D McComb/J Patterson].  

Musicians: David McComb (lead vocals, guitar, piano), Robert McComb (violin, guitar, percussion, vocals), Martyn Casey (bass guitar), Alsy MacDonald (drums, tympani, congas, vocals) Jill Birt (keyboards, vocals on "Raining Pleasure").

Album cover is in excellent condition, inner sleeve is also in excellent condition, has the song lyrics printed on it.
Vinyl album is in excellent condition.
Labels nice and clean, black background with red & silver lettering.

Overseas buyers to pay via PayPal in Au$'s only.
Australian buyers to pay by direct deposit to bank account, PayPal in Au$'s only or Aust Post Money Order.   Please note I do not accept cheques.

Postage, packaging and handling charges for Overseas purchasers are $19 for Asia/Japan, $22 for Canada/USA, $25 for UK/Europe for first class airmail and $10 for Australia.

Item will be posted in a commercially made cardboard LP mailing box.

Multiple purchases can be combined to reduce overall postage costs.  Generally speaking three [3] x 12" vinyl singles or albums can be posted for the cost of two [2] items.

Please note that I obtain Australia Post receipts for all items posted and I am happy to provide buyers with a scanned copy of the receipt if requested.

Accordingly I do not accept responsibility for items once they have been handed over to Australia Post for delivery. 

I am happy to send items registered or insured at the buyers cost.   Please advise if you require this service and I will include the cost details in the invoice.
