Rare Trojan 3 record compilation from 1971 that traces Jamaican music up to that time. 48 tracks including popular and rare tunes by LAUREL AITKEN; DERRICK MORGAN; STRANGER COLE; SKATALITES; SLIM SMITH; ALTON ELLIS; BLUES BUSTERS; PHILLIS DILLON; SUPERSONICS; DON DRUMMOND; LEE PERRY and more. Some very obscure gems here like YEAH YEAH by THE RIOTS and RULES OF LIFE by THE CLARENDONIANS. This is the original gatefold pressing, not the 80s reissue, records have the early textured Trojan labels and all vinyl is near mint. The sleeve is EX, just the lightest wear on some edges.
