Description
On offer is the excellent 45rpm single by The Tyrants featuring the songs "Hard to Get" and "Attitude." The Tyrants were an early Punk and New Wave band formed in 1979 in the frigid climes of Green Bay, WI. The band featured Bret Starr (son of football legend Bart Starr) on guitar and Ed Guerriero (aka Eddie Lee Sausage of Shut Up Little Man infamy) on vocals, harmonica, and keyboards. The band also included Dan "Radar" DeMars and Jim Lukes. The song "Attitude" was their calling card, despite being the official B-side of this record. Both of these songs were later featured on compilations: "Attitude" was compiled onto "Hyped to Death: U.S. and Canadian Punk 45s" and "Hard to Get" was compiled onto "Teen Line #2: U.S. Powerpop and Poprock 45s." The condition of the single is Fine or NEW (never played). The single cover is also Near Fine (with a light crease to one corner) and protected in a mylar slip cover, as issued. The back panel features the lyrics to both songs. The dust jackets were issued in five colors. This is the green version. Scarce as hell.
