Sleeve is VG+ (the sticker intact is huge) Excellent no ring wear, one small corner split in back very small as pictured. Sticker intact, couple (maybe 3)  small surface marks (3-4) on vinyl, but doesn't interfere with play, may have slight static.. Would be worth alot more with professional cleaning,  and leaving that to buyer, as many choose to do on their own ..Plays well...Id give media a strong VG
