Description

The Velvet Underground & Nico - 1968 West Coast Pressing

  • Condition:
    • Vinyl: VG. A few hairline marks that are inaudible, but one noticeable scratch on Side 2 results in audible noise throughout "There She Goes Again." Despite this, the scratch is not overly intrusive and does not cause any jumps or skips. The rest of the album plays well, with occasional light surface noise, mostly noticeable between tracks. Faint handwritten initials written on Side A label. 
    • Sleeve: The iconic gatefold cover is solid overall, with some wear. The banana sticker is 3/4 peeled. There is a 2-inch seam split on the right edge, but the sleeve otherwise remains intact and presents well for its age.

This West Coast pressing of The Velvet Underground & Nico is a true collector's item. While not pristine specimen, its character and history are reflected in its condition, making it a unique addition to any vinyl collection.
