Description

This is a nice copy of THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO, VERVE V6-5008, STEREO. I believe that it is a 1967 issue with the airbrushed image on the back cover. Cover: The banana sticker by Andy Warhol is intact with handling wear at the top. No splitting, but there is a stain to the right top of the banana, foxing on the spine & a ding on the top right front cover. Please see photo's as I've tried to clearly show any wear.  Vinyl: Looks NM but there is surface noise in between tracks & during quiet passages which are typical for Verve recordings in my opinion.   No skips or loud pops. I found the following info etched on the space between the label & the end of the recording:  On side one: V6-5008 SIDE-1 MGS-558 REV  On side two: V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS-559 RE-1.  Please contact me for more info.
