ORIGINAL 1967 GERMAN RELEASE.

This album was released in 1968 in both the USA and the UK. Double click the pictures and you will see the dare clearly stamped in the dead wax 1967 one year earlier ! I used to own a German Velvet Underground and Nico LP and that too had a stamped  date 1966 in the dead wax . Were both these LPs released a year earlier in Germany ? You would need a Velvet Underground expert for that and that certainly is not me. I read somewhere that Eric Emersons copy write trial help up the release of the debut LP but was it a year ? If anyone knows please let me know.
The fully laminated sleeve has very slight laminate lift near the spine and a few cracks here and there but overall its in good order.There is a corner clipped but this has been done by the  manufacturer you know the way they mutilate album sleeves by putting holes in them..... Double click the pictures and see the spine, look to the E in the the word Underground there is a tiny tare about 4mm long and it is in the front and back of  the sleeve so the sleeve grades as Very Good. Both the record labels are in EXCELLENT order. The vinyl has a beautiful luster sheen to both sides. There are a few really light hairlines from taking  the LP from its inner sleeve over the years but it plays without problems all the way, no skips jumps or sticking anywhere on the LP. The vinyl grades as EXCELLENT.
