The following year the album was renamed “The Fugs First Album” and was reissued under a different label with variations on multiple of tracks. This version, however, is the original (mono) Broadside release, which was recorded entirely in two sessions; the first in April 1965 and the second in September 1965. This record contains the original edits of some of the songs on the 1966 version and what is now the standard stereo version of the album.
Contained in this listing is the original album, the original inner sleeve, the original outer sleeve, and the original 4-page album booklet/insert with credits and song lyrics for every album track. The paper booklet is in perfect condition.
