Hulloo!
THE WHO - A QUICK ONE : Original Blue Reaction 593 002 LP , UK MONO 1966 ULTRA RARE 1st Press
You are viewing a 1st pressing 1966 vinyl issue of the wonderful 2nd LP from The Who, 'A Quick One', on the collectable Reaction label.
Before you get too excited, the record itself is in poor condition; I would suggest you don't play it;- the scratches would make playing the tracks impossible. However, the sleeve has creasing & wear from flat storage, & is in fair nick, the plastic laminate coating has a few creases too, but the package looks nice, a patina of age. There is no inner sleeve.
I was given this album about 1980 as a mod revivalist by a neighbour who didn't play tghem anymore. The records were well worn & bashed up from parties, but were unavailable at that time. I later replaced this pressing with the many vinyl & CD re-issues but have always been too sentimental to get rid of this pressing.
PLEASE BE AWARE THIS RECORD IS ONLY REALLY FIT FOR MOUNTING & DISPLAY, & NOT PLAYING.
This is a really rare piece of history though, a shame to throw away, but if you want the LP for displaying, well here you are, going cheap! Please check out a selection of similar items I also have for auction.
Overseas bidders, please contact me for postage rates.
