WHO * Live at Leeds* First LP

RARE!! LP. Original 1970 UK. 

Very earliest FIRST PRESSING!!   Track Records.

 

Up for auction is this RARE sixth offering original album from this brilliant band we know as the WHO. It don’t need no introduction.

 

 

COVER:   Very, very good. Light crease top left and label removal  residue at top right. Otherwise, definitely no rips and no writing. No unwanted stains. Staples are still totally intact and not adrift as most I have seen. Graded. VG++/ EX.

 

VINYL:     Still retains its just pressed glossy sheen and is perfectly flat with no warps, skips or jumps. Hardly been played. No indiscretions whatsoever. Gloriously glossy surfaces.  Graded; a very strong  EX++/Near Mint.

 

INSERTS:    All twelve inserts are present which includes the poster and all are in great shape.  Just two items have a light corner crease and that’s it!!  Otherwise all superb and near mint.

 

 

LABELS:   EX++/NM. Original later blue/white Track labels. No writing. No spindle wear. Just a couple of the very lightest spindle trails. That’s it. Superb!!!!

AUDIO:  As you would expect from vinyl this good. Just wonderful WHO sounds, virtually faultless. Any crackling sounds are from the original master tapes and not from this beautiful vinyl of mine. Read the labels which explain this anomaly.

 

 

To sum up. This album is definitely a MUST HAVE ALBUM of the very best quality, and would certainly be a great addition to any existing collection.  The sounds are superb and truly classic. This rare album does not surface very often, so don’t miss out. Grab yourself a large slice of great musical history  -  and enjoy!!
