DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: some wear along the top and a seam split halfway down the spine, otherwise fine...nice and clean: VG
INSERTS: All Superb..barely a sign of use to any: EX+
VINYL: Beautiful...no more than a couple of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines...has that lovely unplayed 'sheen': EX+
LABELS: Superb: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied. I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
