Original US Pressing.

Pressing from unidentified plant; either Pinckneyville or Gloversville based on MCA pressing plant.

Decca white labels with black print and what appear to be replicating smudges on the labels. 
  •  
Issued in a brown gatefold sleeve with inner pockets, as if to simulate a bootleg release with one pocket holding the record and the other holds 12 inserts issued with the first 150,000 albums. (Included w/this copy).
