Original 1965 UK Brunswick LAT 8616 Mono LP with Front Laminated Sleeve

Complete with Original polylined Decca Liner Sleeve

Great copy of The Who's classic first album ............

Matrix  MG - 10256 - 1B   /   MG - 10257 - 1B

The disc has light use only  .... beautifully bright surface gloss .... no marks , just one faint  one and a half cm surface trace on side one (very faint !) .... bright , crisp labels  ...... light spindle sheen .... Plays really well  throughout  : Graded at  EXCELLENT  condition.

Unusually nice condition sleeve .... beautifully crisp , flat laminated sleeve front , no creasing ..... one hardly noticable  tiny nick at sleeve entrance edge (tiny !!) .... great spine and edges ..... the rear panel has very light use , very nice and clean  Graded at EXCELLENT condition.

I grade items ( using the UK Record Collector Grading System) beneath a light , to be sure of condition

I do not believe it is necessary to use the eBay buzzwords such as STUNNING !! RARE !! AWESOME !! , padded out with grossly long winded 'descriptions' ..... Many of the 'experts' who use this method of selling also add technical information , which is totally unfounded and does not correspond with the actual facts , and would be laughable but for the fact it is totally misleading. I take time and care to graded items correctly , and only list quality records , with concise , accurate grading descriptions

I have been a lifelong music fan , my first concert visit was in 1957 (Birmingham Town Hall Skiffle Contest !) and have bought records of all the great music since 1959 , and had the privelege of seeing most of the great artists 'live' ( I saw The Beatles twice and Segovia !)

I began selling professionally in 1976 , and have a wide knowledge of the items I sell (and always learning !) having bought copies of my own at time of issue , always being interested in the sleeve , label and disc variations. If you have any queries , I will do my best to answer correctly

All items carefully packaged using proper cardboard packaging (I do not use low quality preformed mailers)

The discs are placed seperately from the sleeves within the package to avoid splitting or damage . Items are sent promptly - usually within one working day of payment .
