Few debut albums have attained the mythical status of the Who's first LP venture. This is now one of the most sought after 60s records, and is incredibly hard to find in this condition! Superb vinyl and an uncommonly nice sleeve! !! This vinyl has been very well cared for and is so hard to find like this!! The labels are approaching EX and display some spindle marks and a small amount of damage where a label has been removed, but the vinyl itself is quite superb! A few mega-light short surface marks, but no scratches! Stunning MONO audio. The sleeve is also very nice, with minimal wear to the laminated front and a very clean, undamaged rear. One of the hardest covers to find in nice condition, this is a solid, very nice example, with no graffiti, tears, major creasing, nothing to cause concern. One small crease in the centre of the spine, but truly inoffensive! This is easily one of the nicer sleeves you will find, by far!!
You will struggle to find a nicer copy of My Generation, and, in addition, this is the earliest possible pressing, with 1B/1B matrix numbers. Many that turn up are 2B/2B or 1B/2B pressings, so to find an earliest possible 1B/1B in this kind of condition is extremely difficult! This copy will take pride of place in your collection !!
