I'll be listing some great stuff over the next couple of weeks so keep an eye out. I'm mad about music so everything listed has been played all the way through (at least once!). I do try and describe every record in as much detail as relevantly possible and will not ignore/overlook flaws in order to hike up the price! My top grade is Excellent ++++ and this is for a basically almost perfect record (rest assured anything I grade at Excellent or above would probably be graded as MINT by a lot of other sellers)...records in this sort of condition do not come along that often, so I'm surprised to see so many graded as Mint or Near Mint (!!!????) which are mainly completely misleading. Even with new vinyl, as soon as you drag the vinyl out of it's sleeve those annoying hairline scratches appear and sometimes worse and even the packaging has wear/flaws. Anyway, I do pride myself in being as honest as possible and think if I was buying this record what would I want to know.

Condition

Sleeve

The classic Robert Stace 'Clarifoil' laminated sleeve is not in the best condition I've ever seen (but it's certainly not the worst!)....there are light laminate creases mainly around the edges of the front laminated sleeve but there is no wear to the edges (the front sleeve is still flat and really pretty good), there is a one inch tear on the front opening edge other than that the opening edge only has thumbing wear and only the slightest of wear to the corners. The spine has no wear only a few discoloured laminate creases across but is still perfectly readable with no wear to the corners. The unlaminated back sleeve is still very white and hasn't discoloured as much as these sleeves usually do!, there are four discolouration marks where cellotape has been in the past, and there is a name "Penny" written neatly in the top left hand corner, and some slight wear to the bottom edge....really not that bad...I've seen a lot worse described as Excellent (surprise, surprise!!). Overall I grade the sleeve as Very Good (if not better)(graded properly)

Inner Sleeve

The original polylined inner sleeve has a few creases and grades Very Good (if not better)(graded properly)

Vinyl

The record plays all the way through without skips,jumps,hiss, but with background noise and clicks/crackle....it does however sound brilliant played loud...the mono sound is amazing! This album has clearly been well played as there are numerous surface marks and hairline marks/paper scuffs when viewed at an angle under a bright light....none of which detract the listening pleasure as the music is superb! Overall I grade the vinyl as Good+++ (if not better)(graded properly)

 Labels 

The labels are in Very Good condition with numerous spindle marks.
