On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Who called "My Generation" and is an ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press 'Grooved' Brunswick label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!! THIS WAS THE WHO'S FIRST & RAREST LP EVER AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!! JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!! IT IS EASILY THE RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LP ON THE BRUNSWICK LABEL AND IS INCREDIBLY TOUGH TO LOCATE TODAY!!!! AND ALTHOUGH THIS LP ISNT IN MINT CONDITION - IT IS STILL DECENT PRESENTABLE EXAMPLE - WHICH PLAYS WELL (I JUST PLAYED IT END TO END JUST NOW!)!!!! JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!! THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1965 UK MONO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS 'GROOVED' BRUNSWICK LABEL, 1ST PRESS 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'ROBERT STACE' LAMINATED MONO COVER!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL Brunswick UK MONO 1st Pressing from 1965 and is SERIOUSLY rare in EVERY respect!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is LAT 8616 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Grooved' Brunswick label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st Pressing!!!!
The record labels are in BRILLIANT condition (see pictures) with NO wear (apart from a TINY touch around the centre holes), NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl isnt in MINT condition - though it is certainly a presentable example, which plays WELL (I just played it end to end!)!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has only 1 TINY hairline type mark, only a few light hairlines, only a few light scufflines, 2 or 3 VERY light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! THIS RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is also GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY (if not BETTER!) as the visual!!!! The record plays with NO nasty loud pops, only a few VERY light clicks/pops (though mostly NONE!), NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB with barely ANY distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The record must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is certainly still a bright & shiny and VERY playable example!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Handling/Playing' inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!! The 1st Press 'Robert Stace' Laminated MONO Cover is VERY presentable overall!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), VERY shiny laminate, only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking!), and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back of the cover is in GREAT condition with only some minimal grubbyness, only VERY slight rubbing, barely ANY yellowing (virtually NONE!), and NO writing (apart from the MEGA faintest trace of the ORIGINAL '32/2' Price in the top right corner!!!! There is also 2 VERY small 'touched in' splits on the front opening edge (see pictures) - though this has been PERFECTLY repaired (NO tape!), are 100% strong, and simply looks like 2 small 'creaselines'!!!! The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed!) if not better - and is still a VERY presentable example overall!!!! OK - so it is a little creased, and showing signs of minor general wear (as described above). However it is NOT TRASHED AT ALL - still VERY bright and shiny, and I would suggest looks better than most examples graded 'VG' that show up for sale!!!! That said - I prefer to grade MEGA strictly to avoid disappintment, but this is certainly still a VERY presentable example overall!!!! THIS LP MAY NOT BE IN MINT CONDITION - BUT IT IS CERTAINLY A PRESENTABLE & VERY PLAYABLE EXAMPLE, AND A SUPERB CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS AMAZING LP AT A CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE HUGE FORTUNE REQUIRED TO OWN A MINT ONE!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
