Description

THE WHO - WHO ARE YOU ~ LIVE DOUBLE STEREO.

RUTHLESS RHYMES LABEL, SERIAL GLC 414.

Here's a hard one to find, a recording from The Spectrum, Philadelphia, December 4th 1973. NOT 74 as stated on the cover. The Who didn't play there in 74. They also didn't play in San Fransisco in 1974. (They did in 1971). It's a 2 LP set, and I particularly like the wording on the centre labels (All rights reserved, All wrongs reversed). The cover still has it's shrink wrap on it, so the photos may not be as clear as they could. The front cover is a printed picture of Pete, while the back is a paper insert. It boasts "Entire 2 hours in real stereo!" and also gives a great quote from Rolling Stone Magazine. This album was pressed and named 5 years before The Who released the official "Who Are You", so somebody liked the title. You can see the tracklistings on the photo's, so I will just describe the record.

The sleeve is a thick card type and still has most of it's original shrink wrap present. It's solid all round, with small corner dings. The paper insert is flat, no tears or stains. The 2 records look unplayed, clean and flat, just the odd faint surface mark from removing them from the inner sleeves, which are a plain white generic type. The labels are as new, with no spindle marks. They bear the usual indentations that "this type of pressing" come with. Enough said.

It's cheap to run, doesn't eat much, and would make a great companion for all your other Who records.

I am going to be listing LOTS of Who records, many first pressings and rarities in the near future, so please take a look at my other items.
